How View Homes Turned Virtual Tours Into Confidence

Objective
View Homes wanted buyers to feel at home before stepping into a model. Competing builders were leading with cinematic property shots that looked impressive but weren't converting browsers into appointment requests

Challenge
View Homes' existing walkthrough content was layout-driven — room dimensions, square footage, finish selections. Buyers were watching and leaving without taking the next step. The content informed but didn't connect.

Strategy
Telos reframed the approach around the buyer's emotional decision, not the property's physical features. The script was built around one question: "Can this buyer see their life here?" Visual choices, pacing, and narration were all subordinated to that answer.

Execution
Half-day production capturing the community in lived-in context — natural light, real moments, human scale. Edit structured to deliver the emotional close before the feature list.

Results
Appointment request rate from video viewers increased within the first 60 days of the new asset going live. Buyer feedback consistently cited the video as a primary reason they came in. The sales team reported buyers arriving with stronger pre-qualified intent than from previous campaign assets.
